How we can help
If you live, work or study in the London Borough of Camden there are
ways to access our service, which is
FREE, CONFIDENTIAL, IMPARTIAL & INDEPENDENT. (Live outside Camden? Find your local CAB)
Most enquiries can be dealt with quickly by phone. This will also save you the journey to our bureau and what may be a lengthy wait. Whichever way you choose to contact us, please bear in mind that we do not offer appointments until after your enquiry has been assessed by an adviser.
Our Adviceline telephone number is 0300 330 0646.
Our phone lines are staffed from Monday to Friday, 1 pm - 4 pm.
Please note that we record client details when giving advice; this assists us when giving future adivce. We will assume that you consent to this unless you tell the adviser on the phone that you wish to remain anonymous.
Please note that we are currently experiencing high call volumes and we apologise if this means we are unable to answer your call.
