What do we do?
We provide advice to people living with HIV. We also provide advice to their partners, families and carers.
We advise on a wide range of issues, including:
- Debt
- Welfare Benefits
- Community Care
- Employment
- Housing
Who can we see?
We can assist people who live in the London Boroughs of Camden or Westminster.
When you approach us you will normally be allocated a named Adviser who can help you by giving you information and advice, negotiating or mediating on your behalf or representing you at an appeal tribunal. If you need an interpretor this can also be arranged.

How can we help?
- We can help to maximise your income by checking that you are claiming all the benefits you are entitled to
- Offer advice on returning to work and the effects it may have on your benefits
- Deal with housing problems such as rent arrears or homelessness
- Represent you at Social Security tribunals
- Offer advice on civil partnerships - your rights and responsibilities
- Apply to charities on your behalf
- Manage your debts by negotiating with your creditors
- Access services from your local council
- Enforce your rights by challenging decisions made by, for example, the Department for Work & Pensions or your local Housing Department
- Challenging discrimination and harassment, for example by your employers or by public agencies that provide you with service.
