Location:             Citizens Advice Camden offices and The Royal Free Hospital

Starting Salary:  £11,282 per annum, rising to £11,628 on successful

                             completion of 6 month probation

Contract Type:     Permanent

Start date:           as soon as possible

We have a part-time vacancy within our Health Services Team based at the Royal Free Hospital. The role involves providing administrative support to our Renal and Oncology information and advice services provided for RFH patients.

You will work with our team of paid and volunteer advisers who provide social welfare support to cancer and kidney patients. To be successful you will have excellent administrative and organisational skills, and the interpersonal and communication skills to be supportive to clients with long-term health issues. Your duties will include speaking with clients, face-to- face and by phone, managing appointments and diaries, monitoring deadlines and prioritising client appointments, drafting correspondence, and maintaining paper and electronic data records.
