Citizens Advice Camden is the leading provider of voluntary sector advice services in Camden and one of the largest Citizens Advice in London. We help approximately 9,400 people each year with free, confidential and impartial advice on a wide range of issues.
Following an internal promotion we have a vacancy within the Supervisor team for our generalist advice services. You will help supervise and deliver our advice services held in the community at our offices in Kentish Town and Regents Park, our telephone Adviceline service, and other delivery channels. You will help ensure we provide a quality advice service to Camden residents and ensure the contract targets, outputs and outcomes of all the generalist advice contracts are met.
For suitable candidates we can be flexible about the working arrangements offered – whether sessional work, a fixed term or permanent contract, and part-time or full-time.

- recent experience as an Advice Session Supervisor or similar role;
- a proven ability to deliver advice, information and casework through a range of channels;
- the ability to supervise, motivate and train advisers and assessors;
- the ability to monitor and maintain your own advice standards, and those of others;
- the ability to provide feedback to managers on adviser performance and service delivery.
