We are looking for two qualified generalist advisers with strong experience of welfare benefits and universal credit advice, and with good IT skills to support clients in making and completing their new Universal Credit claim. This will include casework when needed to get the claim into payment including challenging incorrect assessments.

As we would like our new advisers to start helping clients as soon as possible there is no deadline for applications. We will interview suitable candidates at the earliest opportunity and recruitment will be closed when both posts are filled.
