Funded by the Legal Services Commission and based at Kilburn CAB, we have a team of specialist Welfare Benefits Caseworkers who provide much needed help with welfare benefit issues for people who are eligible for publicly funded legal help.

The unit provides advice, advocacy and targeted representation services across a wide range of benefits topics including disability, housing and overpayments.

Referrals are from Camden CAB Service and other advice providers. The unit has seen over 2800 cases and is a highly regarded expert resource in Benefits Law.
