Help to Claim Adviser
Hours: 35 hours per week (full-time).
Location: Hybrid – remote and office working
Starting Salary: £29,712 to £30,936 FTE per annum, depending on experience
Contract Type: Permanent (subject to funding)

About Help to Claim
Our Help to Claim service assists people in making their Universal Credit claims from advising if Universal Credit is the right benefit for them up to ensuring they receive their first correct payment. Citizens Advice Camden has delivered the Help to Claim service since it launched three years ago and is now funded to deliver year four. From 1st April 2022, Help to Claim will be delivered by telephone and webchat as part of the national service with video calling expected to be included during the year.
About the Role
We are looking for an adviser with recent experience of delivering Universal Credit advice and a good working knowledge of the claiming process. You should also be able to appropriately refer clients with advice needs that are out of scope of Help to Claim to other services. As a Help to Claim Adviser you will contribute towards delivering the service across all channels on a rota basis
We are located in central London and our Help to Claim team will be working a hybrid office-based/ remote model.
