- Advised on 66,620 different issues, mainly on benefits including Universal Credit, housing, debt and money issues including utility bills
For every £1 invested in our services in 2023/2024 we provided:

£15.86 in financial value to the people we help
£16.99 last year

And we have put over £9.2 million in financial outcomes into the pockets of those who need it the most
